Q. How many tires do I need to purchase?

A. You must purchase a set of 4 qualifying tires (no singles or doubles).

Q. What tires do I need to purchase to qualify to receive a Yokohama  rebate?

A. Qualifying tires iceGUARD iG52C, iceGUARD iG51V, W.drive WY01, BluEarth Winter V905, GEOLANDAR G055, GEOLANDAR H/T G056, GEOLANDAR A/T G015, AVID ASCEND, AVID ENVIGOR and AVID TOURING S.

Q. How do I know if I am eligible to receive a $50, or $70 Yokohama rebate?

A. The amount of your cash back rebate is dependent on the tire product purchased as follows:

Tires must be purchased between September 15th to December 15th, 2018.

Claim forms and invoices for purchases must be received by January 15th, 2019.

Q. How do I claim my Yokohama  rebate?

A. Fully complete the Yokohama Fall Rebate claim form from a participating Yokohama dealer or at www.YokohamaRebate.ca. Send the completed Yokohama Fall Rebate claim form along with the original purchase receipt to Yokohama Rebate Centre Post Office Box 360, Whitby, ON L1N 0L8. Or complete the claim form online at www.YokohamaRebate.ca. Claim forms and invoices for purchases of iceGUARD iG52C, iceGUARD iG51V, W.drive WY01, BluEarth Winter V905, GEOLANDAR G055, GEOLANDAR H/T G056, GEOLANDAR A/T G015, AVID ASCEND, AVID ENVIGOR and AVID TOURING S. must be received by January 15th, 2019.

Q. Should I keep a copy of my purchase receipt and claim form?

A. Yes. Please ensure that you keep a copy of all forms including your receipt for your records. We will not be returning any proofs of purchase submitted with qualifying claims.

Q. When will the Yokohama rebate be sent?

A. Yokohama rebate will be in the form of a prepaid VISA card (Virtual or Physical Card) and will be sent out to qualifying customers 8-10 weeks after receiving the claims.

Q. How will the Yokohama REBATE be sent?

A. The Yokohama rebate prepaid VISA card will be sent by mail or email to the address provided on the Yokohama Fall Rebate claim form.

Q. How will I know if my Yokohama VISA PREPAID CARD has been sent?

A. To check the status of your rebate click on “Track My Rebate” on the menu above or click here. Please allow at least 8 WEEKS AFTER you have mailed in your claim form.
