A. You must purchase a set of 4 qualifying tires (no singles or doubles).

Q. How do I know if I am eligible to receive a $50, or $70 Yokohama cash back rebate?

A. The amount of your cash back rebate is dependent on the tire product purchased as follows:

Tires must be purchased between September 15th to December 15th, 2017.

Claim forms and invoices for purchases must be received by January 15th, 2018.

Q. How do I claim my Yokohama cash back rebate?

A. Fully complete the Yokohama Spring Rebate claim form from a participating Yokohama dealer or at www.YokohamaRebate.ca. Send the completed Yokohama Season Signature Offer claim form along with the original purchase receipt to Yokohama Mail-in Rebate Offer, PO Box 97199, Richmond Main, Richmond, BC V6X 8H3. Or complete the claim form online at www.YokohamaRebate.ca. Q. Should I keep a copy of my purchase receipt and claim form?

A. Yes. Please ensure that you keep a copy of all forms including your receipt for your records. We will not be returning any proofs of purchase submitted with qualifying claims.

Q. When will the Yokohama cash back rebate be sent?

A. Yokohama cash back rebates will be in the form of a cheque and will be mailed out to qualifying customers 8-10 weeks after receiving the claims.

Q. How will the Yokohama cash back rebate be sent?

A. The Yokohama cash back rebate will be sent by mail to the address provided on the Yokohama Season Signature Offer claim form.

Q. How will I know if my Yokohama cash back rebate be sent has been sent?

A. To check the status of your rebate click on “Track My Rebate” on the menu above or click here. Please allow at least 8 WEEKS AFTER you have mailed in your claim form.
