Langley, B.C. (February 7, 2014) – Yokohama Tire (Canada) Inc. is pleased to continue its support of reigning Canadian Rally Championship (CRC) driver Antoine L’Estage for the 2014 Canadian Rally Championship season, which kicks off this weekend in Maniwaki, Quebec.

The 2014 campaign marks a long-standing sponsorship between Yokohama Tire (Canada) and L’Estage, with all his major rally titles having been won on the performance tires.

“I've been racing on Yokohama tires since 2004, so 2014 will be my 11th season,” says the St-Jean-sur-Richelieu native. “We've won six Canadian Rally Championships, six North American Rally Cups and one Rally America title together and I’m looking forward to another successful campaign.”

The defending champion L’Estage enters the 2014 season at this weekend’s Rallye Perce-Neige in Maniwaki Quebec, then the series heads east to the Gaspe Peninsula for June’s Rallye Baie des Chaleurs in New Richmond Quebec, before returning to Ste. Agathe, Quebec for the Labour Day weekend’s Rallye Defi. It then heads to British Columbia for the early fall, with the Pacific Forest Rally in Merritt and the Rocky Mountain Rally in Invermere, before finishing up in Bancroft Ontario at the classic Rally of the Tall Pines.
