Organization Functions & Departments


Being part of our Sales Team also means being the customer interface while building strong and lasting relationships. You’ll have a close view of the sales plan and strategies, allowing you to collect market intel and identify sales channels and market opportunities for business development.

Market Planning

Being part of our Market Planning Team means working closely to the strategic development of the Yokohama product portfolio. This function of our organization is providing market positioning, competitive insights and is defining the sales channels and sales pricing program strategies


Our Marketing Communications Team inspires brand development. They are responsible for brand deployment through the communication strategy and brand differentiation. They nurture creative campaigns while developing sales aid and collateral support. 

Customer Service & Distribution

Being part of our Customer Service and Distribution Team also means delivering high standard service. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on our customers’ shelves.

Administrative Services

The Administration Team oversees and implements administrative procedures, establishes work priorities such as plan, direct, and coordinate supportive services of the organization.  This department is primarily engaged in administering, directing or coordinating a range of day-to-day business operations.

Information Systems

Our Information Technology Department develops an IT strategy that supports the organization’s business objectives and helps build a strong competitive advantage.  It also performs important work that contributes to the well-being of the company as well as administers programs, policies and procedures to ensure the systems security of company data and business operations.

Finance & Accounting

The Department of Finance and Accounting oversees the financial operation of the company and provides a wide range of services such as financial information and reporting, set-up and monitor internal controls, implement financial policies and procedures, billing and record keeping.
